About Us

There is greater strength in numbers. Let's help each other get our money back!

Myself:

Hi, I am someone who has been ripped off for a great deal of money by Cash Link Systems and has taken it upon themself to reach out to those of you who have had a similar experience.  I have chosen not to identify myself on this website so as to maintain whatever leverage against the unethical people at Cash Link Systems my anonymity effectively affords me in my quest to continue networking and mobilizing others who are in a similar situation with this crooked company.

The Promises:

I, like most of you, was told a number of things by Cash Link Systems which turned out to be bald faced lies.  For starters, the agent at Cash Link Systems that I was dealing with at the time of our first phone appointment told me that they had the best locaters out there and had a whole department of the company dedicated to  finding locations for those who invest with Cash Link Systems.  He went on to tell me that they at Cash Link had a "strict criteria" for the locations they find for their customers of (and I quote) "300 to 600 people, foot traffic per day", as well as open 7days a week (six only in cases where the establishment is good enough, by those standards, to warrant it, he says).  Based on that kind of criteria, "300 to 600" people per day at a location, the odds are pretty good for recouping your investment in a reasonable amount of time.

Then I asked the agent approximately how long it would take before the machines could be located in establishments.  I explained that if I were still going to be sitting with any of these ATM scrip machines even six months from now I was not interested in investing with Cash Link Systems.  The agent scoffed and said, "Try a month."  I asked if I heard him right.  He said yes, "We can place ALL your machines in a month."   He stressed there was no way I would be still sitting with machines a few months from then and then launched back into his glorifying praise of the superior skill and competence of the locaters at Cash Link Systems to get the job done.

The agent I was dealing with from Cash Link Systems also stressed that my success was they're success.  That the long term growth and profit of their company was invested in my long term success.  That they made money ultimately by me making money.  This gave me a sense of security that they had a genuine vested interest in my success.  The "Dear Potential Ditributor" letter received in the over night packet, thanks each of us for considering Cash Link Systems "as a business partner".  Once you send them your money you receive a letter sent out to all new distributors by president and "100% owner" of Cash Link Systems, Alan Levine, in which he states, "One thing is for sure; we will do every in our power to help your business grow beyond your expectations".  I actually believed this bullshit, because it seemed to made sense.  If they make .40 cents of every transaction, then of course it would be in their best interest to place these machines in locations that in fact held up to their "strict criteria" of "300 to 600" people per day, as I was told.

Fine Print:

I noticed in clause # 7 of the contract Cash Links included in their over night package that it said that "ultimately it is Purchaser's responsibility to independently locate the units".  I made it clear to the agent that I would not invest in these ATM scrip machines if that were the case and would only invest with Cash Link Systems if they added the provision that they would agree to find and guarantee all locations for me.  The agent agreed.  I put it in writing in the special provisions section of the contract on the front page and sent it in with my check.  I received a copy of it back with the signature of Alan Levine.  At this point not only has Cash Links boldly lied to me but they are also in breach of contract.

Reality Check:

I was excited and ready to get moving forward with my new "business".  It didnt take but a couple of days before it became apparent that the locaters at Cash Link Systems are nothing as advertised by these guys.  In the first five weeks after I made my purchase from Cash Link and was assigned one of their locaters I had not only not had ALL of my machines placed (I foolishly purchased one of the larger packages) but I had had only one single "lead" by these locaters in all that time (and that was for a place where the owner admitted he got maybe 30 to 40 people a day, and only had two busy days a week, and was closed one day).  That does not sound like the "300 to 600" people a day criteria I was told.  I called the locater later that day and asked what the deal was.  I asked him, "What happened to '300 to 600' per day?"  He told me he looks for around 75 and up, if he can find them, and that his screening process for a location is, "So do you get some good traffic in there?"  This is the superior, stupendous locating advertised by the prick bastard at Cash Link Systems that I was supposed to be receiving for my enormous investment?  My entire investment was based on the advertised competence, criteria, and gaurantee of the locating by Cash Link Systems, AS I MADE IT CLEAR TO THEM, and they completely lied to me just to get me to spend more money in one shot then most people in this country makes in an entire year!  These guys are genuine criminals.  "Business partners", what a F*ck**g hoax!

Numbers that Lie:

It was then that I discovered that Cash Link Systems was selling their cashless ATM scrip machines at 1000% to 1500% (depending on the package you bought) the price that every other company out there is selling them for, and that they were misleading investors by using cash dispensing ATM machine statistics in their claims of potential profit (which I have since learned is the difference between an average of about 340 - 350 transactions a month for a traditional ATM and an average of about 65 -75 transactions a month for a cashless ATM scrip machines.  Big Difference!)  They make their pilliage on the front end and then concentrate on exiting out the back door with your money.  I have since spoken to many people who have been ripped off by Cash Link Systems and heard of countless horror stories of many others who have.

Career Criminals:

It took me a couple of weeks, but I finally figured out that at the rate that Cash Link Systems had been ripping people off, their real intention all along was to make as much as they could off the public and then fold; taking people's hard earned money, and in some cases life savings, and leaving them with exorbitantly overpriced ATM scrip machines without any locations for them (i.e. no return on their investment).  One of the few options then is to pay to have them  programmed for another processing company AND pay to have a locating company find locations for them.  This combined will cost at least another $450 to $650 per machine.

No company that screws this many people across the country could continue to operate for too long without claiming (false) bankruptcy to avoid all the lawsuits that are mounting and will mount against them.  And that was exactly their plan from the start: to make as much money as they can for as long as they can, HIDE AS MUCH OF IT AS THEY CAN (in other sham companies or off shore accounts), then fold (claim bankruptcy), without anyone who has been burned by them getting any of their money back.  Everyone with a serious interest in justice being served, and trying to get some of their money back, has to move on this, and fast!

Strength in Numbers:

One of our best strategies is to network with one another and support each other with our documented testimonies, and other information sharing, so that we may move like a school of fish against these guys and not a bunch of scattered bait.  We need to generate as much media publicity around this as we can, and put enormous collective pressure on the proper government agencies (and politicians) to indict these charlatans and re-allocate back to us whatever assets of theirs they can dig up.

To quote an old proverb, and the opening line of a letter I, and many of us, received from Alan Levine, president and "100% owner" of Cash Link Systems, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a first step". This website is intended to be a step in the direction of recouping our money from this unethical company and finding justice in the process.
