Alan Levine and Harris Choen as reported by Len Needelman stole 13 Million Dollars from the company. Now Needelman is calling people who placed orders with Cashlinks and is offering to sell the same terminals that were never delivered, but will double the order at the cost of the original order through Cashlinks. Needelman is also offering placement of the machines at a low cost of $200.00 per terminal and prosessing of all the transactions at a discount rate.
Needelman says he worked in the shipping department and has ties with all of the suppliers used by Cashlinks

Needelman also says that Levine and Choen are real nice guys that just didn't know how to run a business. He said he felt bad about the rip off (13 Million Dollars), all he wants to do is try and make it right with everybody. What a guy.

Luckily Cashlinks did not get all of my money. I still have enough to finance a pretty good lawsuit which I fully intend on doing. I wonder had all these complaints been lodged with Florida AG and BBB when I did my research maybe I would have been spared this nightmare. If it is revealed that BBB and the NBOB knew what was going on and did not fully disclose...shame on them and they should be and will be dealt with as well.

I bought 9 machines on 6-30-04. They cashed my check on 7-6-04. I was told my locator would call me on 7-10-04 and have heard nothing else. I would like to see these guys fry.

I also responded to a TV ad to Cashlink Systems. I spoke to several distributors, they provided me the contacts, and they each told me great success stories with Cashlink. On 6/23 I bought 6 machines for about $24,000.00! I haven't received a single machine and now I can't contact them! I don't know what to do! I also dealt with Peter Solo, Rich Shalber, Stacey ???. I want to fight this battle with the rest of you!

My father and I gave these assholes $32,000. Three weeks later they're phones where shut off. About two days before they where shut down I had a regional director by the name of Rich trying to scam me out of buying 15 more machines, saying he had locations already set up that he just needed someone to buy the machines. I would like to find this guy soooo bad. Please contact me with any info on how to file a lawsuit on this guys.

I purchased 3 terminals in Nov. 2003 and Cash Link was unable to find locations for me as promised. After numerous calls to Carmine Russo, in April 2004 They finally hired an outside locating company called J&J locators, and I was able to place two terminals located in very low traffic stores. I paid $8700 for my terminals and am not receiving any income at all.

I have been a distributor with Cashlink Systems since January 2004. I own 3 machines.
My salesman(Jim Bella) promised me that this was a great opportunity to make a decent living even going as far as stating that each machine would generate at least 10 transaction daily and he even promised me that my machines would be placed at high traffic sites such as McDonalds, Burger King, and Taco Bell. Mr. Bella was fired in February.
To date, I have only 2 machines placed-one which I placed myself.
The one machine they did place for me generates a poultry income around $90.00 a month, far less than the projected $300.00 a month that I was promised.
Everything associated with Cashlink has been a negative experience for me, whether its their locating services, payroll services(they still owe me May's generated income) or their general concern for their distributors.
